The extra virgin olive oil Masseria Quattromacine is an oil of high quality, obtained from the skilful combination of olives from olive groves of the Cazzetta family to which are added those of selected local producers of the ancient Terra d'Otranto.

Harvest: carried out by direct detachment of the olives from the plant in the months of November and December, so as to keep the aromatic heritage of the fresh olives intact

Color: yellow with green reflections
